As a proudly trans coach, I offer an inclusive and affirming space for every client.
Exercise should be for everyone. Uncomfortable in a commercial gym? Limited equipment at home? Tight schedule? No problem. I design functional, accessible, resistance based programs that fit your life and goals. Whether you are looking at body recomposition for gender affirming reasons, just boosting strength, or simply moving with more confidence I have something for you.
I follow the Optimum Performance Training model and will guide you through five phases of growth: stabilization endurance, strength endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength, and power.
Expect vibes that hype you up and crystal clear coaching. I’ll explain the “why” behind each move, dial the intensity so you keep climbing, and cheer every win. Think of it as leveling up! Together we’ll turn sweat into celebration and make every session a victory.
Meet Jacqueline
Hello, I'm Jacqueline Scott (she/her), a trans woman, personal trainer with a certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a mother.
I was a former men's powerlifter before beginning my gender transition, a process that challenged me to rework not just my strength and physique, but my entire relationship with fitness and identity. I understand both raw strength pursuits and gender affirming body recomposition from the inside out.
The mix of lived experience combined with evidence-based programming lets me guide a large range of people: To men chasing new PR's, queer folks looking to feel at home in their skin and busy parents who just want to move better. I am the trainer for you!
